2. Products and availability
We aim to describe product colours, measurements, fabrics and availability accurately. Screen settings can affect how colours appear. An item placed in a shopping bag is not reserved. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact you and offer a suitable alternative or a refund.
3. Prices and orders
Prices are displayed in Ghana cedis (GH₵). Delivery charges may be added based on destination. Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase; an order is accepted after payment or payment arrangements are confirmed and we issue confirmation.
4. Payment
Available methods may include MTN Mobile Money, eligible local or international cards, bank transfer through Paystack, and WhatsApp-assisted ordering. Online payment information is handled by the payment provider. We do not ask customers to send a card PIN, Mobile Money PIN or one-time password by chat.
