How do I place an order?
Choose a product, select the available size and add it to your bag. Continue to checkout to pay online or complete the order with us on WhatsApp.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Online checkout supports MTN Mobile Money, eligible local and international cards, and bank transfer where Paystack makes it available. WhatsApp ordering is also offered.
Do you deliver outside Accra?
Yes. We arrange delivery in Accra and to other locations across Ghana. The fee and estimated delivery time depend on the destination and are confirmed before dispatch.
How do I choose my abaya size?
Abaya length is mainly based on height. Use our size guide and check each garment’s notes. Contact us on WhatsApp if you would like personal sizing help.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Eligible unworn items may be returned within seven days of delivery. Conditions and exclusions are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
